You will need :-
4 cups steamed rice
1 onion
3/4 lb of chicken thighs or chicken breasts
1 2/3 cups of soup stock
7 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sugar
1-2 eggs
As for cooking directions
Cut chicken and other ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Heat 1/4 cup simmering sauce in a small frying pan. Add chicken and simmer. Add green onions and other ingredients. When ready, slowly pour 1-2 lightly beaten eggs evenly over the whole dish. Slide topping onto the steamed rice once the eggs start to cook. The rice will finish cooking the eggs.There you have it, serve while hot and enjoy your meal.
